Welcome to Jayam Cinemas. By accessing our website, booking tickets online, or visiting our premises, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Booking and Cancellation

Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of show cancellation or technical failure.
Verify movie name, showtime, and seat details before confirming your booking.
Bookings must be confirmed with a valid booking ID received via SMS or email.

2. Entry Policy

Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket (one person per ticket).
Children aged 3 and above require a ticket.
Please keep your ticket until the show ends.
Entry may be denied for inappropriate behavior or safety violations.

3. Age & Content Guidelines

CBFC certification (U, UA, A) must be respected.
ID proof may be requested for A-rated movies.

4. Food and Beverages

Outside food or drinks are not allowed.
Only food and beverages purchased within Jayam Cinemas may be consumed inside.

5. Safety & Conduct

Patrons must maintain proper behavior throughout the experience.
Dangerous items, weapons, and illegal substances are prohibited.
CCTV surveillance is in place for safety and security.

6. Show Timings and Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to technical issues or unavoidable events.
In such cases, rescheduling or compensation may be offered at management’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, media, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Unauthorized recording, streaming, or sharing is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes made.
